UGANDA

In Uganda, Exchange works together with the Association of Uganda Tour operators (AUTO), the official body supporting the tour operators in this country full of possibilities. The central role that AUTO plays within the tourism sector of Uganda makes them the ideal partner to create added value in the sector.

Over a 3-year period, Exchange will support the association by implementing professionalization at the association itself and among its members. Partner organizations from AUTO will also be involved to create synergies throughout the entire value chain of the sector. For example, trainings will also be provided in hotel management.

Certain expertise assignments can be combined with assignments in the Rwanda tourism program.
