Innovation is dealing with change
In July 2018, Lara Donners, growth program coach for Satemwa, co-created with the management team of Satemwa an in depth partnership between Exchange and the Malawian company. This exercise resulted in a clear scope, goals, work packages and a realistic implementation plan. Three areas of cooperation were defined.
Intermediate objectives, work packages and realistic implementation plans were formulated for the various domains. The intense collaboration between Lara and the management team and in particular the interaction with Alexander Kay, general manager, provided a solid basis for the future coaching relationship.
Lara as a professional facilitator is more than convinced that innovation implies organizational change. This process must be managed properly to keep the team aligned and motivated. Coaching organizational development is definitely her cup of tea.
