Marketing strategy for hotel school
To shape the marketing plan at UHTTI, Eric Decroix was recruited as a coach! Eric, with a lot of experience in marketing in Africa, traveled to picturesque Jinja to think together with the management about the marketing strategy of the school and the hotel.
Together with UHTTI, Eric designed a strong and professional marketing plan. The objectives of the plan are to perpetuate the image and reputation of the school and the hotel.
