The objective of Exchange is clear: to create more prosperity and well-being thanks to sustainable and inclusive economic growth. We do this in eight African focus countries. Exchange distinguishes itself from other non-profit organizations and NGOs by not opting for the traditional model of financial support, but by assisting private entrepreneurs with customized expertise and coaching. This will lead to more sustainable solutions in the long term.
This expertise comes from our network of voluntaryexperts from over the most diverse sectors. They form the strength of Exchange. Exchange mainly works as a facilitator.
