You can even stretch it a little to the whole process before and after becoming customers. In that case, ask yourself the question: how do we reach our audience and deliver our products and services?


Effective Distribution Channels distribute not only physical products but also the company's Value Proposition in ways that are fast, efficient and cost effective. A company can reach its customers through its own channels (such as a store), through partner channels (such as major distributors), or both. Always make an informed decision when determining your Distribution Channels, because a wrong choice can cause a lot of damage to your company!
