Use of our services

When you register as a (business) partner, volunteer, engage Exchange for an own project or contact us, we ask you to provide personal information (i.e. first name, last name, your email address, your phone number and a short message). During subsequent communication we can ask you for extra personal information (e.g. CV, company info, date of birth, etc.). This data is used to perform the service.

When you send e-mails or other messages to us, we may keep those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal details which are relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. In relevant cases, we can provide insight into the information to the Southern partners in order to optimize our services. Furthermore, if deemed necesarry for the working of our services, the information can be shared with growth programme coaches and/or other volunteers.

In all cases the information can be shared internally (within our core team and local representatives). Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.


Right of access, correction, erasing, restriction, objection and transfer-ability of personal data

The customer has the right to inspect his personal data at all times and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them removed, limit their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
