Use of our services
When you register as a (business) partner, volunteer, engage Exchange for an own project or contact us, we ask you to provide personal information (i.e. first name, last name, your email address, your phone number and a short message). During subsequent communication we can ask you for extra personal information (e.g. CV, company info, date of birth, etc.). This data is used to perform the service.
Legal basis of the processing
Personal data are processed on the basis of article 6.1. (a) permission from the General Data Protection Regulation.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to google servers in the United Stated. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.
Except for the above mentioned "cookies" (see Website Analytics), this website does not make use of any other "cookies".
The information is not shared with third parties, unless you are registering for a volunteering position or business partnership. In relevant cases, we can provide insight into the information to the Southern partners in order to optimize our services. Furthermore, if deemed necesarry for the working of our services, the information can be shared with growth programme coaches and/or other volunteers.
In all cases the information can be shared internally (within our core team and local representatives). Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Right of access, correction, erasing, restriction, objection and transfer-ability of personal data
The customer has the right to inspect his personal data at all times and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them removed, limit their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, current and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.
