Exchange regularly organizes workshops for its volunteers. These workshops focus specifically on multicultural skills and entrepreneurship in Africa. Thanks to our many years of business experience in Africa, we manage to offer a truly far-reaching experience! Our volunteers were already able to enjoy workshops on 'communicating in an African context', 'giving feedback in multicultural teams' and 'African entrepreneurship', and a number of workshops were also organized in Africa itself.
