Comma, merkenmarketeers a marketing agency from Zedelgem assisted the Malawian tea company Satemwa in setting up a profound market research and developing a marketing plan. By focusing on the European sales market in the marketing plan, Satemwa hopes to become less dependent on the international tea markets.

By applying their experience to a case set in Malawi, the employees of Comma, merkenmarketeers, had the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a completely different context. Not a bad idea if you want to stimulate creativity and "out of the box" thinking within your organization! This turned out to be a far-reaching and educational experience in which the employees immersed themselves in the project as a close-knit team.
